Nestled in Montgomery’s Lower Commerce Street Historical District, Jerry’s Juke Joint is more than just a bar; it’s a journey through time. Housed in a building constructed in 1920 and listed on the National Registry of Historical Places, we offer a unique blend of music, history, and community.

A Venue Steeped in History

Step inside to enjoy the charm of exposed brick walls, towering steel beams, and expansive windows that flood the space with light. Our second-floor balcony, featuring reclaimed bead board walls, is perfect for people-watching and enjoying the vibrant atmosphere.

A unique highlight is the reclaimed wood from the stable of 1945 Kentucky Derby winner “HOOP JR.,” repurposed into our mezzanine flooring and bar tops, adding a touch of equestrian history. Nostalgia abounds with vintage signs from iconic spots like Montgomery’s Greyhound Bus Station and Cunningham the Tailor’s shop, along with other vintage advertising memorabilia.

Don’t miss the chance to snap a photo in our historical Otis hand-operated freight elevator, located on the balcony level under a stunning brass chandelier!
